See you in 1984

I have some opinions about browsers and web sites and thought why not share them. These are just a few of many complaint’s regarding browsers and web sites. There are the few functions built into browsers that are also incorporated into some web sites. The three that come to mind when I think about their implementation with a web site are:

• text resizing
• printing and
• book marking

A couple months back I expressed my opinions about text resizer’s, so I will not repeat those thoughts here. I will just say users can resize the text using their browser. I think, print/printer Friendly links are completely unnecessary (more...)

While staying in a Hampton Inn in pittsburgh, this weekend, I went down to the business center to check my email, my college alumae site, and facebook.  What a shock, all the pc”s have one browser installed, IE(FreaKin)6. (more...)
