Most options are pretty much accessible including inserting images, music and videos. The only problem is that the icons for those options are rather small.

I also notice that you can not create a post/page in the html view. Makes sense considering that if you are doing so from your mobile device then you probaby do not want to take the time to type html entities. Even though I am willing to sacrifice that time.

My existing categories are available, but I am unable to create new categories. Reason why, I did not have javascript enabled. I enabled javascript, but that did not help. I lost patience waiting for the page to load.

Regardless of the categories issue I think Wordpress did a pretty good job with the mobile stylesheet for the dashboard.
