Tuesday, March 4th, 2008Monday morning I made a trip to the bank to obtain a cashiers check and I became aware of something that is very eye opening. People always complain about the number of tellers that are not available to help customers, but I wonder do they think about that when the take off from work?
The only have one person back there, they need to move faster and my favorite it’s 8:55, they open at 9 but whats’s 5 minutes? Here is my favorite, I’m not waiting in that line. These are some of the comments I hear from people when they have to wait in line at the bank. Sometimes I hear some/all these commens and there are others, but I have a few questions. (more…)
