<p>This is a picture of the emergency phone compartment in the elevator at my work.</p>
<p>Just a few user experience issues here:</p>
<ul>
<li>It&rsquo;s a phone and it&rsquo;s locked up, why?</li>
<li>Break glass to open door. So is there some sort of triggering mechanism on the lock where it unlocks once the glass is broken?</li>
<li>What kind of special emergency phone is this that has to be locked up?</li>
<li>How do we know there is a phone? You can&rsquo;t see it behind the glass.</li>
</ul>
<p>Thank GOD they decided not to lock-up the stop elevator and alarm buttons or somebody would be in a <em title="a difficult situation">pretty pickle</em>.</p>
