Best Customer Service Experience EVER!!!
Friday, February 15th, 2008Just a couple of days ago I mentioned how ProFlowers sent my wife 11 roses instead of a dozen. The same thing happen to me last year with 1-800-Flowers. Well I tell you what ProFlowers definitely is 1,000’s of steps above 1-800-Flowers. 1-800-Flowers didn’t really give me a satisfactory response when I let them know of their error, but check out what Pro Flowers said/offered:
