Cisco’s Revenge
Sunday, June 3rd, 2007Once again, I ran in the Komen National Race for the Cure for the third time and running for such a worthy cause made me feel great, but my time didn’t.
This year I ran two minutes slower than my times of the previous two years. I also ran my worst second mile, with a time of 14mins, yet I ran my fastest final mile in 9 min’s.
This year truly was Cisco’s revenge. Good job Cisco running a speedy 29+ min’s, congrats bruh! Also congrats to my LB Dr. Jones who also beat me by about 15 seconds.
The best part about this year is that the goal was $2,500,000 and the Washington Metropolitan area raised $2,720,281. YIPPIE!!!
