Go Away IE6
While staying in a Hampton Inn in pittsburgh, this weekend, I went down to the business center to check my email, my college alumae site, and facebook. What a shock, all the pc”s have one browser installed, IE(FreaKin)6. Well lookie what facebok says when you are using IE6 to browse the site:
I wish the message would have just said, “…for your customer’s sake, for your daughter’s sake, you might want to think about using a more standard/standard compliant browser.”
The good folk at 37 signals along with Apple’s MobileME are phasing out/dropping support for IE6. Lord Jesus I pray this catches on everywhere.
