Oh it’s ok for you to take off.
Monday morning I made a trip to the bank to obtain a cashiers check and I became aware of something that is very eye opening. People always complain about the number of tellers that are not available to help customers, but I wonder do they think about that when the take off from work?
The only have one person back there, they need to move faster and my favorite it’s 8:55, they open at 9 but whats’s 5 minutes? Here is my favorite, I’m not waiting in that line. These are some of the comments I hear from people when they have to wait in line at the bank. Sometimes I hear some/all these commens and there are others, but I have a few questions. What do these people think happens when they call–in sick or can not make it in to work? Or are they so insignificant in their workplace that they are not missed?
Here is my advice.
- Have some patience.
- You are not the only one who needs money today.
- You are not the only one who gets sick or pretends to me sick and misses work.
- You ever think that since the economy is so messed up that they can not afford to pay enough tellers?
- Complain all you want but remember that line is not going to make that line move faster, for you!
- Some people wish they had a job that provided money that they had to stand in line and wait to get.
No just maybe you will think about a few things before you start complaining about your wait.
