What is going on where florist can’t count to twelve?

Last year I ran into this problem with one company and now I run into it again with another. I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for Valentines Day and they send her eleven. What gives? Now I wonder what kind of response that Pro Flowers customer service department will give me?

Today I was cleaning out my gmail account and I stumbled across a particularly favorite blog post of mine and my co-workers. As I was laughing at the comments about the yellow part of the pie chart, I thought it would be interesting to see what kind of comments were made about the post. I agreed with some of the comments, but there was one that made me madder than a baptist in a brothel.

    Here is the comment:

Well when the clock hit 00:00 on the Packers season and the world knew that the Patriots would face the Giants in the “big game” I had a thought. I was suspicious about the Patriots and spy gate yet I wanted to see them go undefeated because it seemingly something that occurs once in a lifetime. Yet I also thought it would be funny to see them go that far and lose. Moreover, as I heard most of the reporters and callers on the local sports talk radio station talk about the game as if we should just give the Patriots the trophy, I said I hope the Giants beat them in a close game.

I wish I bet on the game because the outcome was exactly what I wanted. Thanks to something called will the Giants, on the back of their game winning MVP quarterback Eli Manning, gave the Patriots a taste of their own medicine and came back to win THE most important game of the football season. Congratulations to the New York Giants.
