The Workout and the Ipod

Wednesday, February 27th, 2008

Working out and listening to the music being played in the gym is cool, but having your own music to listen to is awesome. I seem to almost breeze through my workout. By the time I get home and get in the shower my body has finally reminded my mind that it is wore out, but my ipod gets me through my workout. Is this why people listen to music when they workout?

Thank you Angie for my Ipod.

Confession

Wednesday, February 20th, 2008

I’m on Facebook and kinda enjoying it cause it’s helping me keep in touch with some of my friends. Why the confessional? I have said many times that I don’t like social networks. I realize that not everybody is going to create a website and it’s easier for them to steal someones code, alter it and use it on their own page.

Was that my out–loud voice?

There I feel better.

Dear Adrian Turner, Order Number ******

Thank you for contacting ProFlowers.
