See You in 1984

A few years back, I decided to send my wife some flowers using 1-800-Flowers.com¹. Well this past Valentines Day changed that forever.

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife and they sent her eleven. People make mistakes, I can understand that, nobody is perfect. However, I email them regarding their oversight, and I get the standard “we received your message… you’ll get a reply soon” message. Well I have received no reply. That’s just rude.
