Michael Irving’s inappropriate comment…
As a black man, I was offended by Michael Irving’s comment, that a relative of, Dallas Cowboy QB, Tony Romo must have slept with a slave, which explains why Romo has great athletic ability.
Since #88 is throwing out comments, here are a few of my own, in regards to his statement.
Note to #88, not every white family owned slaves. I’m not 100% sure, but hey I’ll bet a nickel that I’m right. Wow, way to generalize the Michael.
Tony Romo is athletic, but I believe he “gets it done” because he is a hard worker. Michael, what if every time in your career you made a smart play, somebody said hey he must have some white in him, wow was he thinking on that play.
One more thing Michael, since I hear that drugs can have an affect on what one might say or do, just as you suggest Romo’s black gene’s are the reason he is such a athlete. Tell me was it old cocaine residue in your blood stream that caused you to utter such a racist statement?
People who know will say, “Wow mUdd kind of tough on your boy", because I’m a Cowboy fan. However, people who really know me, know that I don’t support stupidity either.
